How much will it cost me to get started?

Any pub, club or bar is welcome on Its Our Local.com. The cost depends upon whether you want additional features included on your web pages.

We also offer a special 3-month advertising rate to newly added venues on the site. (see right column)

The Its Our Local.com inclusion membership rates are as follows:

- £6 per month + VATBasic Venue Listing

Includes: Standard multi-page website including main picture, address & website link (if applicable), opening times, welcome message, Regulars section with instant message facility to message your regulars in bulk, a Staff section and a list of searchable features.

A ”More” page with up to 4 pictures and further description. A “Beers” page with simple list of beers available. A “Prize draw” page with the ability to run a monthly prize draw where the entry code is only available by people physically visiting the venue. Also a Contact page & Google™ Map.

Last but by no means least, you get a Rogues Gallery where you, and other regulars, can add photos and comments to your own Pub image gallery!

- £10 per month + VATGold Listing - As the Basic with the following:

Events

Includes: Event editor and events display box on the Venue’s Home page. Added events are included in all event searches including the “What's on” search.

Menu Button

Includes: Food Menu button that allows the manual entry of detailed menu’s each of which can be sectionalised. The Menu button also features up to 4 pictures to display your restaurant or bar food etc.

Wine List Button

Includes: Wine list button that allows the manual entry of a full wine list.

Function Room Button

Includes: Function Room button that allows you to show up to 4 pictures of your function room(s) and give a description/more details .

Beer Garden Button

Includes: Beer garden button that allows you to show up to 4 pictures of your beer garden and give a description/more details.

Rooms Button

Includes: Rooms button that allows you to show up to 4 pictures of your accommodation facilities and give a description/more details.

This contract is based on a minimum 24 month contract with payments made by either credit/debit card, Direct Debit or Standing Order.

Payment can also be made by cheque for the full 2 year contract (totalling £144 + VAT - £169.20). The contract will commence upon successful clearing of the cheque.

Advertising

Special Advertising Rates
for New Venues

For new venue’s coming onto Its Our Local.com we offer a special advertising package.

Each package has a 12 week duration and includes our standard square picture advert (see right) with clickable link through to your website. Each advert will be displayed a minimum of once in every ten page views on average (the average page views per visitor is currently 16). The Rate includes advert production (if required).

Total cost per 12 weeks is:

£229 + VAT
